REVRO provides various online services including product display, order processing, payment handling, delivery, and customer support.Additionally, REVRO offers a Design Submission & Royalty Feature, where users may submit their own T-shirt designs. Selected designs may be listed for sale, and designers may earn royalties from each sale.

By using this site, you agree that you will:

• Use the platform for lawful and legitimate purposes only
• Not provide false or misleading information
• Not upload or distribute viruses, malware, bots, or harmful scripts
• Not post or upload content that is offensive, obscene, hateful, violent, illegal, or infringes on the rights of others

REVRO reserves the right to restrict or suspend access in cases of misuse or violation of these Terms.

Product images, colors, and descriptions are presented as accurately as possible; however, slight variations may occur due to lighting or device settings.Stock availability, prices, and offers may change at any time. REVRO reserves the right to cancel or modify orders due to errors, incorrect pricing, or stock unavailability.

REVRO may contact you for order confirmation or verification when necessary. Orders may be canceled in cases such as incomplete information, suspicious transactions, stock issues, or pricing errors.

REVRO supports multiple payment methods such as mobile banking, cards, and bank transfers.Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may apply based on location, order value, or internal policy.In case of any technical issues or duplicate charges, REVRO will investigate and resolve the matter accordingly.

Delivery timelines are approximate and may be affected by weather conditions, transportation delays, political situations, or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers are requested to inspect the package and product at the time of delivery.

Returns, replacements, or refunds may be considered within 7 days from the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

• Wrong product delivered
• Product is damaged or defective
• Printing or manufacturing error

Returned products must be unused and in original condition with tags and packaging intact (if applicable).Returns due to misuse, improper handling, or customer-caused damage may not be accepted.All return or refund decisions are subject to inspection and final approval by the REVRO team.

By submitting a design, you confirm that:

• The design is original and created by you
• It does not infringe any copyright, trademark, brand, or individual rights

All designs are reviewed by the REVRO team. Acceptance or rejection is solely at REVRO’s discretion, and submission does not guarantee listing.By submitting a design, you grant REVRO a non-exclusive license to print, manufacture, sell, distribute, and promote the design across its website, advertisements, and social media platforms. Designers will earn royalties for each product sold. Royalty rates and structures are determined by REVRO and may vary by product or campaign. Payments will be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer, subject to minimum payout thresholds and schedules set by REVRO.

All website content including logos, branding, text, graphics, and visuals are the intellectual property of REVRO. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

This website may contain links to third-party websites or services. REVRO is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of such third-party sites.

REVRO does not guarantee minimum sales, earnings, or royalties. REVRO shall not be liable for losses arising from technical issues, temporary downtime, or third-party actions beyond its control.

To ensure platform security, REVRO may monitor transactions and activities. Suspicious orders or actions may be verified, restricted, or canceled when necessary.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
